in the heart of the Catskill Mountains New York,
this century old Victorian has been a special
place for individual, couple and family
vacations, retreats, reunions, weddings,
christenings, and more. Church leaders, youth
groups, high school clubs, and sports enthusiasts
are just some of the clientele that have
experienced the tranquility of this country
getaway. Our repeat clientele have often explained our
place as "visiting my Aunt's house". The
smells of home cooking, a relaxed atmosphere, and owners that
treat you like family, make this THE cozy place to stay. A Little
History:
In 1966
Kyriacos and Maria Ioannou purchased the Hilltop
House. For three decades they ran this 1800's
style home as a summer resort. When they retired,
their daughter Despina took over the business.
Today she is owner with the assistance of her
husband John, son Luke, daughter Rena and
son-in-law Dan. Together they winterized it for the ski season, made several
renovations, and changed the name to Olympia Hotel.
What has not changed, however, is the family run
warmth and hospitality given to every guest.

We are open Ski
Season and August 1st through Labor Day
Guest rooms - are
configured with one queen, two doubles, or two
queen beds and have full bath, and cable t.v.
(some have a covered porch).

Available at our front desk is a book of menus
and directions to all the surrounding

hook up for video games, VCR with videos for children, books,
and toys
Dining
Room - Our largest
room with space up to 80. Groups enjoy their meals
here. Also a perfect
meeting area for seminars, workshops, and/or
worship.
Library - A warm room with faux wood-burning
stove.
Read your morning paper or choose a
book from our
oversized bookcase of over 200
selections.
 
*DIRECTIONS:
NY State Thruway (I-87) North to Exit 21
(Catskill/Cairo).
After toll, make a left at the stop sign.
Make first right onto Route 23 WEST.
Follow signs to Windham for approx. 21 miles.
Make a left at Frank's Ski Shop (Brooksburg
Road).
Follow less than a mile to and thru blinking
light.
We are the second building on the right.
